    We apply free shipping worldwide and will always do so for our customers.

    Yes, we ship to all international locations.
  • How do I return or exchange my jewelry?
    For online returns or exchanges, read our Return Policy. For products purchased through a boutique, please contact the store directly.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Yes you can cancel your order for free as long as the order has not been sent out yet. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@baliyano.com.
  • What happens if a product is out of stock?
    All the articles shown on our website are in stock. If it appears that the product is out of stock in a certain requested size, please contact us and we will get back to you with details as soon as the product is back in stock again.
  • Who pays for the shipping costs if I return an order?
    Baliyano does not compensate the shipping costs if you return or exchange an order. Exceptions are if the product is faulty or perhaps the wrong product has been shipped to you, then Baliyano will pay for the shipping costs. Read more at our Return Policy.
